This policy applies to products purchased through the Elmoah website. Where a product page states otherwise, or mandatory applicable law provides additional rights, the product-specific terms or applicable law will prevail.
To request a return or exchange, email info@elmoah.com within 30 calendar days after receiving all items in your order. Please do not send anything back before receiving confirmation. After reviewing the request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and address.
Returned products must remain in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unstained, free from odors and damage, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and included items. Products sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. Requests may be declined if the product's condition cannot be verified or these requirements are not met.
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel and other hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, tried on, worn, or used are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons. Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable, gift cards, and personalized products may also be excluded. This does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrect items or any rights required by applicable law.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, return, or refund as appropriate. Elmoah will cover reasonable, approved return costs where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
For returns based on size, color, personal preference, or another reason unrelated to a product issue, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping and related charges. Shipping charges already incurred for the original order are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable return method and retaining proof of shipment.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the circumstances of the request. To obtain the preferred item more quickly, we may recommend placing a new order after completing an eligible return. Any price difference, shipping charge, or other cost will be explained when the solution is confirmed.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment service or card issuer, and Elmoah cannot control the final posting time. Discounts, promotions, and partial refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid and the applicable order terms.
To request an order change or cancellation, contact info@elmoah.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or shipment has begun. Once dispatched, the order is handled under this return and refund policy.
